Seven years ago, I set out on a mission to revolutionize the way teams work together. I had experienced firsthand the frustrations of missed deadlines, broken promises, and the feeling that we were only scratching the surface of our potential. It was clear to me that the modern age had introduced new challenges to teamwork, and the tools at our disposal simply weren’t cutting it.
As I dug deeper, I discovered a common thread among the most successful projects: small, fully-empowered teams outperformed larger, disconnected ones by a significant margin. The question became, how can we enable larger teams to work with the same efficiency and effectiveness as their smaller counterparts?
